Mixer Optimisation Review - MORe

MORe is our Mixer Optimisation Review program and is offered to all clients who buy a Winkworth Mixer. We want you to be delighted with your new machine and to assist you we will give you MORe absolutely FREE.

Your personal point of contact here at Winkworth throughout the specification and purchase of your new product will, by arrangement with you, visit you 3 months after your machine has been delivered. This will allow for operations to be settled within your site. They will conduct a Mixer Optimisation Review with you and your staff.

They will:

• Discuss how the mixer is meeting your needs
• Carry out initial service checks and adjustments
• Listen to any comments on how the machine is performing
• Offer suggestions and recommendations for Mixer Optimisation specific to your processes
• Collect any suggestions and recommendations you may have for the improvement of our machine
• Re train where applicable your staff on how to maximise the performance of your Winkworth machine
• Re train/advise your maintenance staff on key maintenance schedules and behaviours to maintain you machine in its best condition

Ask you to fill in, no holds barred, our Quality Assurance questionnaire which is fed into our Continuous Improvement Quality program at Winkworth

“Winkworth’s experienced service engineers are available to assist you in maintaining your machine to extend machine life.

A range of standard checks and condition assessments are carried out and standard wear components are replaced.

A machine condition report will be prepared for your reference. Additionally, suggestions will be offered to assist you in optimising machine performance associated with your specific mixing, upon request.”

“Winkworth engineers are naturally experts in Winkworth Mixing machinery; however for 85 years Winkworth has also been repairing and refurbishing a wide variety of non Winkworth machinery of various brands. This has typically been in support of the resale of equipment we have purchased from customers who no longer require it.

As a result of customer driven demand, we have extended our repair and refurbishment service to those who own “non Winkworth” brands. Our expertise and craftsmanship will be applied consistent with our high quality standards.

Some of the most common brands are Hobart, Gardner, Morton, Kemutec, BPT Skerman. Our experience across all process and packaging machinery means to list all brands we’re familiar with wouldn’t be practical; so whatever your machine is, if it isn’t performing as you would like it to and would like to Winkworth to assist , please call us and we’ll discuss the best way forward with you”.
