Can you offer integration of your mixers into a production line?
Absolutely, we offer several different types of inlet and outlet options to best suit your production needs for the product and integration into an existing production line.

How can I be confident my mixing process will work before making a purchase?
You have the opportunity to test your product for a full day (9 am to 4 pm) in one of the machines best suited to your use at our mixer test centre. Depending on the machine type, these machines come in a variety of sizes.

Can you build your machines to ATEX or IECEx standards?
Yes, depending on the application, we can design and build machines that comply with ATEX or IECEx zones 0/20 to 2/22 for gas or dust.

Do you offer Mixer Hire?
Yes, we have a large fleet of hire machines available for short-term (<6 weeks) or long-term hire (over 1 year) to allow you to further research and development of your mixing project or move into production.

Do you offer your machines as turn-key operations, or as machines only?
All of our machinery can be supplied turnkey or as a standalone product. We advise utilising our turn-key services so that the control systems can be specifically tailored to the application. Depending on your needs, a discussion about the scope is required.

Do you offer CE or UKCA certification?
Yes, we can offer either certification to a new build machine.

Do you offer used Winkworth mixers?
Yes, we generally have a few used machines for sale. Please visit our website page for additional information on each machine or contact us to inquire further.

Do you purchase used mixers?
We will only buy pre-owned Winkworth machines. Please contact us if you are looking to sell a Winkworth mixer.

Can you offer servicing, rebuilding and spares worldwide?
We can ship spare parts and provide servicing on all Winkworth machines, even if you weren’t the original buyer anywhere in the world. If you want to extend the natural life of your mixer, we can offer you a complete rebuild of your equipment as we have detailed design, build, and manufacture records. Power in our country differs from that in the United Kingdom. How can our factory use your mixing equipment?
The majority of countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania operate under the same power standard. If the power in your country is different, we recommend that you use a transformer for our mixing machine. Alternatively, we can custom-build your mixer based on your power requirements.

What should I do if I have a problem with my Winkworth machine?
