Frequently asked questions

  1. Yes, we can ship to all continents. We have approved Export Exporter Authorisation with many countries. 

  2. Absolutely, we offer several different types of inlet and outlet options to best suit your production needs for the product and integration into an existing production line. 

  3. You have the opportunity to test your product for a full day (9 am to 4 pm) in one of the machines best suited to your use at our mixer test centre. Depending on the machine type, these machines come in a variety of sizes. 

  4. Yes, depending on the application, we can design and build machines that comply with ATEX or IECEx zones 0/20 to 2/22 for gas or dust. 

  5. Yes, we have a large fleet of hire machines available for short-term (<6 weeks) or long-term hire (over 1 year) to allow you to further research and development of your mixing project or move into production. 

  6. All of our machinery can be supplied turnkey or as a standalone product. We advise utilising our turn-key services so that the control systems can be specifically tailored to the application. Depending on your needs, a discussion about the scope is required. 

  7. Yes, we can offer either certification to a new build machine. 

  8. Yes, we generally have a few used machines for sale. Please visit our website page for additional information on each machine or contact us to inquire further. 

  9. We will only buy pre-owned Winkworth machines. Please contact us if you are looking to sell a Winkworth mixer. 

  10. We can ship spare parts and provide servicing on all Winkworth machines, even if you weren’t the original buyer anywhere in the world. If you want to extend the natural life of your mixer, we can offer you a complete rebuild of your equipment as we have detailed design, build, and manufacture records.   11. The majority of countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania operate under the same power standard. If the power in your country is different, we recommend that you use a transformer for our mixing machine. Alternatively, we can custom-build your mixer based on your power requirements. 

  12. We support all our customers should they ever encounter a technical issue. Our experienced technical team can offer industry-leading advice and support covering all the products we manufacture.
