Coronavirus (COVID-19) Statement

In light of the on-going developments and uncertain times as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, Winkworth would firstly like to extend our thoughts & best wishes to your organisation, employees & families as we all work through these unprecedented challenges. The health, safety and wellbeing of our customers, suppliers and our own employees is of utmost importance to us and we continue to monitor both Government and World Health Organisation (WHO) updates.
We would like to reassure our customers that we have measures in place in order to continue to provide the best possible levels of customer service and minimise any disruption during these uncertain times.
We remain fully operational and are attending the factory and offices as appropriate. Local changes to space, working hours and hygiene management are in place as applicable. Furthermore, we have measures ready for home working and we are fully accessible using Teams, Zoom, Skype etc., to maintain face to face contact.
As you will be aware, in addition to designing and making mixing machines to order, we do have a number of machines in our ‘Mixer Hire Fleet’ (www.mixer.co.uk/what-we-do/mixer-hire/), which can be readied in short lead times to assist with increases in capacity or supply chain challenges you may be experiencing.
Our Mixing Test Centre (www.mixer.co.uk/what-we-do/mixing-test-centre/) remains operational and we have expertise on hand to conduct trials with visiting clients – suitably controlled of course. We can also perform these without client attendance, with video records generated and despatched for client product analysis as applicable.
