ZX Mixer Extruder
The ZX sigma mixer extruder delivers a combination of the highest shear forces to the product along with the extrusion of the final product through to the next stage of the production line.
Stainless steel construction throughout, with the option of 316 grade stainless steel of product contact parts if required. These can be polished, bead blasted or left as a mill finish, depending on your requirements. Special hardened steels, coatings and finishes can be applied for high-wear applications. Where necessary we can also change the die plate arrangement to suit your product requirements, whether the product requires pelletizing, drying or purely extruding, we can build to your requirements.
The machines run with the screw in reverse to ensure the maximum amount of product is mixed homogeneously.
